Hi you may be lactose intolerant which if you are not taking lactose enzymes, the bacteria will accumulate in your stomach cause gas/hydrogen smells, rotten smells, any smells that is in your stomach. You can also get an ulcer if this goes on for years as I did. Get tested for lactose and peptic ulcers. I will take the lactose enzymes in the meantime. Tweet
