Kombucha is good! It has around 2 billion S. Boulardii probiotics in it as well.
Yes, whether we will tolerate something is always a challenge in bringing yourself to try it or not. So many times I wound up kicking myself because I ate something that I knew wasn't good for me and felt the effects later on.
Unfortunately, the only way I know how to tell is to actually try it.
I like GT's Kombucha best. I tried another brand one day and it was horrible, so for now, I'll stick with what I know is good.
