OMG! I also had a mouth episode during day 3 of herbal cleanse, where breath was disgusting and I felt movement in nose, ear, throat. I was drinking bottled water and at one point reached for bottle w/out looking and it tasted funny - so I spit it out. I looked at bottle and the water was completely brown. I took shook bottle up and took photos and it appears there was a worm and some type of fluke in the bottle. Completely gross... I am turning into a clean freak/germaphobe.
