When I have too much carbs I get bloated. Sometimes I dont even get inside my trousers. If I keep eating too much carbs I get slow digestions so Im not hungry on the next meal, constipation, acidity, big belly.
When I eat little carbs with each meal I tolerate them and have.none of the above problems.
For some.reason dont like going no carb. But I dont follow any particular diet. I just listen to my body.
Google homemade turkey sausages and probably you will.be able to make some :-)
Interesting your diet. Its similar to mine. Which ones are considered good carbs on it?
Ideas: I like to keep menus simple and easy like...
Breakfast: plantain pancackes with ham and cheese
Mid: apple + piece of cheese or walnuts
Lunch: Green veggies sauted with butter or coconut oil + chicken + a carrot + some yuca/potatoes
After: Fruit + nuts
Dinner: Carrot, Ham or similar, cheese, leftover greens, leftover carbs.
