I'm not surprise that those medical equipment are out of date. I'm pretty sure most of the money and funding ends up in the oncology wing of hospitals. And yeah, finding out what's really wrong with us to begin with is probably more important than finding the cure itself, especially when we have bad psychologists and doctors leading us in the wrong path.
