Had a complete, well formed and clean bowel movement this morning which is a rare occurrence. I'm giving credit to a fresh pineapple juice (with its fibre) I had yesterday morning. Felt very bloated by the end of that day. However the easy BM today made up for it. I've read that bromelain the enzyme found in pineapple has many benefits including assisting digestion, good for inflammation and expelling worms. I think it helps with odors to.
Will continue with the green juices and experiment with adding more pineapple into my diet. (This could of been a once in a blue moon BM).
Has anyone had any luck with eating pineapple? Worth a try don't you think?
