This is the 12th days of my fast and i decided to end it with a Liver Flush but i am regretting that now. I took two mixtures last night along with the oo mix and at about 3am i woke up, had to use the bathroom and vomit. I have been vomiting any liquids ingested ever since.Ive found if i lay on my back its fine but as soon as i shit i need to rush tot he bathroom. Should i let it pass or go to an instacare?
