BUY american when you can…sadly I don't know any american water distiller companies, so we use water wise now for 20 years……I only use the 12 gallon model….all counter tops are just that---counter tops designed to pitch when they stop working…….

As an option we were able to locate counter tops with push button reset---NEVER EVER BUY a water distiller with out a reset button, because with out it, you will be throwing it away much sooner than normal….one with a reset hopefully you might get 5 years out of it….

A problem in the world of today are the thieves who buy on the internet and then never pay their credit card and when forced, they tell the credit card company that their product was not what they wanted, was not as advertised and then they get away with stealing because people who will lie and lie as their method of stealing are people you want rid of they are just prison trash that never gets put in prison, not long ago a person that could barely speak english robbed us that way and they are not fooling anyone, the credit card companies :KNOW they are petty thieves, but such people are too much hassle to stop, so the credit card companies stick those doing the selling as their way out…..

Predators are all over the internet, with that said---BUY from a company that gives you their phone number and you talk to them about their distiller and you understand their warranty or lack of warranty, because table top models are not repairable in general…..they are built as throw aways like coffee makers, etc.
