I don't even know what foods I can tolerate because I could never smell myself.
For now, I have no money to buy probiotics, digestive enzymes and supplements. I am hoping it can all disappear with a fruit and veggie only diet. I remembered this started when I tried the high protein, low carbo diet. At first, It was just subtle. Now, everyone can smell it even people meters away! It is so embarrassing.
I've been doing the fruit and vegetable diet for a week now. I lost 6 pounds and my waistline decreased by 1.5 . I am also feeling sluggish probably because my body is still adjusting. I don't notice any improvement with the smell though. Tweet
