I was afraid you were going to give me a balanced answer! I'm a different dosha depending on which questionnaire I take. If I am Vatta Pitta (Vatta comes up most often), can you tell me what I would see using sesame oil if it's turned negative for me and I should switch to coconut or sunflower?
