Shitty body odor pls help

I have a Body Odor which started 9 years ago. I remembered it was not so bad then but now, my Body Odor cause people to cough, wheeze and sneeze around me. Even people 10 meters away!

I couldn't smell my Body Odor but I hear from the comments that it seems like pig shit, poo, dead rat..etc. l used to be very social but now I have refused to dream anymore of the future because I know I woukd get very frustrated. I don't know what I have. To note, I like very salty and sour foods. My potassium levels are chronically low. Could that be the culprit? I don't know if I can reach my dreams anymore. I am currently 25 yo and alone with no job. Tweet
