thanks for that mention trap.. last couple days ive had minor heart sensations.. not palpitations just a passing feeling but only today and yesterday of my 200mg days but ive also not been drinking my blackstrap molasses or eating much potassium-laden foods. Ill make sure i stay on top of the blackstrap from now on and have some raisins too.
