It helps detox mercury. :) I use a different pattern of supplementation though, am following a theory of maximizing a transport pattern to shunt it out (zink pushes it out alongside Iodine supplementation.. though with zink you wanna keep the dose quite low since you don't wanna push too much mercury/detox at a time).
What's your preferred selenium supplement? I grabbed a solaray 100mcg selenomethionine with broccoli/pumpkin seed extract, but I'd really prefer a 200mcg one, straight.
