If thw vitamin C makes you nauseous you might try a liquid form... Alternatively Ive been reading up that ascorbic acid isnt truly vitamin C.. its main benefit being from the acid itself.. So Ive recently been drinking Apple cider vinegar in with a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in a glass of water.. It provides alot of minerals including magnesium.
Im not advocating anybody replace their vitamin c.. if youre using it and it works, keep doing it. Im still experimenting.
