I dont believe the 21-40 day fasting is possible/healthy. I've decided to go on diet without sugars and simple carbs. I also purchased 'caprylic acid' supplement along with a probiotic and started to incorporate workout routine into my lifestyle. I really have my hopes set high and if Im strict to my diet I wish this will be gone by the summer. I will make sure to look over the success stories to gain some more knowledge on the topic. If someone has any advice or tips please add them on here! I'd appreciate any help!
