One factor of fatigue or weakness is Iodine deficiency. Lack of vitamins A, E , Zinc and Iron triggers Iodine deficiency. Sea vegetables are best source of Iodine, It is also found in yogurt, cow's milk, eggs, and strawberries and mozzarella cheese.
Exercise as means of detox through sweat glands is one of the best to increase body resistance.
