Re: New to iodine supplements

I actually like kelp, not as my Iodine supplementation, but a supplement to my iodine. Last time I ate some fresh one right from the sea was up here; http://saltstraumendykkecamp.wordpress.com/2013/09/23/kelp-dancing-in-the-cur...

I tried, loads of kelp to adress my hypo thyroid, months of it but it did not work. The one I would take if that was my option, would be from around Iceland, very clean part of the world.
-In general local vegetables are valuable, I suppose it counts for kelp as well.

But to compare us with the sea, yes it can restore itself, so can we. At this forum it is about iodine, how we can supplement this in the best way.
I respect that you have a different view, Panoslydios; and request that you put your interest into other forums from now on.
