Hey LQ are you using the nice unprocessed greyish slightly wet Celtic Sea Salt ?
I've never thought about it much because that's what I've used from the get go but someone in another post mentioned about the difference in taste and you konw what? There really is a big diffence in the taste and I'm sure also in the way you body reacts. The Celtic salt is much mellower in taste and not harsh at all compared to other processed salt.
I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every day on my first 40 and 28 dayers and it worked like a charm. I do believe that the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is the best and most efficient way to cleanse your body of toxins since it washes your whole GI tract top to bottom and not just the lower bowels.
On my most recent 21 dayer the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) was not working like the first 2 MCs so I started doing the lax tea at night. The BMs started working mo betta good but the I didn't like having to take the lax tea cause I felt crampy all day
