Yes, if you're exercising heavily you need more Iodine because yes, you sweat it out. RE: sore breasts ... I would imagine that you're wearing a sports bra. I know that this is a necessity when running but please, wear a non-restricting or no bra
No, I did not read your past posts either. I did not have to because I read Kristina's excellent response. I'm guessing that part of your problem is dietary. It takes a lot of commitment to be sure that you are getting proper nutrition on a vegan diet .
