Candida or low T?Opinions please

Hi all,I have had various ongoing symptoms and done various tests through the nhs doctors and hospitals all of which have shown nothing(docs were not interested in listening to me,just get in and out and done kind of attitude).
However through matching my symptoms up I reckon I have a yeast problem or less likely but maybe low testosterone or food intolerance/s.
Some details-I am a 30 year old male, have had eczema all my life, have eyes which tend to get bloodshot all my life and also lifelong dry cracked skin around the lips.
Symptoms ongoing for 18 months now-
:steady muscle loss
:steady fat gain
:eczema appearing more nasty and blotchy, skin breaks easier when scratched
:worse cracking and weeping around the lips
:bloodshot,irritated,dry eyes
:Sticky eyes every morning,red/purple bags around eyes making me look like a junkie
:my stool is always soft, not diarrohea but soft to squidgy, sometimes can go two and a half days without passing stool
Occasional symptoms-
:brain fog
:poor memory
:mild depression-i.e. I just want to stay in and avoid people as much as possible.
I have been to doctors multiple times, been to hospital for three stool tests, three blood tests and two urine samples-the best answer all of them could give me was I dont know.
Now most of these symptoms I can live with apart from the muscle loss.I have gone from being of stocky build and muscular at the thighs, shoulders, traps and neck to being defined by bone now.
I really do not want anymore muscle loss as I am most definitely not interested in becoming a scrawny wretch.
So any suggestions and tips are greatly appreciated whether you think it may be lowt, yeast or something else, please chime in!
Thank You
