Came across a new book called Clean Gut and was curious so read the first chapter which was free on the site and looked at the list of supplements that look similar to what my doctor recommended for candida:
Just search "clean gut supplements" and it's the first result on google
Seems pretty much like any basic candida / leaky gut protocol. I'm surprised he's passing this off as new information but good to more attempts at educating the population about gut health and related health problems and does include a good range of gut healing supplements.
The recommendations are a bit over-simplfied and I'd probably disagree with getting someone on HCL (not going to help someone with nutritional deficiencies). Bile salts and bitters might be a better first choice.
Also, doesn't mention Bentonite / psyllium , slippery elm and etc. very useful gut cleaner / healers.
