i would address the lack of bm, before getting into the concentrated foods.
How do stewed prunes sound to you? :-) i happen to love them, if they are soaked for a few hours to overnight, esp. with some cinnamon, and lemon juice.
four days of introducing eating and not having a bm seems a bit unusual to me--but that would surely also go to explaining more about the white tongue. make sure you are chewing your food a lot, including your juices, as this will go to creating more peristaltis--and hence, better digestion (which includes bms)
you might also do a search on Andreas Moritz and appendix, and see if anything interesting comes up, there. he has so many helpful videos, and really knows (knew) his stuff.
