I have experimented a little with [Livon Labs] liposomal ascorbate. It is VERY expensive per gram, e.g. roughly 50+ times what I pay for ascorbic acid tablets, i.e. gram-for-gram, but my primary objection is that it provides NO Bowel Tolerance "feedback" as to how much your body really wants [and therefore needs] at any particular moment. It is true that the "homemade" liposomal ascorbate is MUCH less expensive, but I have read a lot of material about it being not nearly as effective [gram-for-gram], i.e. as the "commercial." I do not know [for sure, one way or the other].
