Trends of Mercury, Alum, Copper.

Hi Guys,

Below are trends of my hair results over the last couple of years.   Seem to be eliminating better and better.

I can hear gallbladder releases all the time now, especially in the evening and morning.   I no longer have lite beige bowel movements...which can be a sign of toxins not being eliminated. 

I had some wicky psoriosis during the period mercury shows spiking higher.  

Copper also spiked even higher during the same period.   Reference range is 1.5 to 3.2.....I was over 18.

I've done about 10 liver/gallbladder flushes so far.  Continue to do about 4 coffee enemas per day, while doing saunas at the same time

Interesting that both mercury and copper reduced during the summer sample.  I had a lot of stress at work? Not really sure.  But I have noticed a few times that detox symptoms slow down when I am stressed.   

Anyway.....hope you guys all make great progress in 2014.
