Pyrantel can be bought over the counter. I have heard of people buying Valbazen (Albendazole)- best to use combinations of drugs with herbs in case there is Antibiotic resistance.

I removed roundworm using neem, boswellia, myrrh and oil of oregano enteric caps from NOW. There have been reports of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement killing flukes which people report as rolled up tomato skins, but I would read the safety issues of that before trying.
