Re: why does everyone cough around me

Be careful not to think that EVERYTHING is about your odor. I used to think that too. However, I would notice that one day this person would sneeze excessively. I thought it was because of me. Then, when I really paid attention, it was some days, then some days not. It could have been anything that is causing these people to react. It could be someone else's perfume or cologne that is causing them to cough/clear their throats.

I do know though that some are just being ridiculous and are just overreacting to be jerks so stay positive and keep looking for answers that will make your situation better. I am older so if someone is being ridiculous, I will talk to them one on one and explain the situation. It will usually make them ashamed of their behavior and stop the foolishness. It may or may not help in your situation, but it is something you can try.
