Re: How do you cope?

The best way to cope with this odor is to have a good emotional support group. You need somebody that can listen to you and understand where you are coming from. From my experience, I tried to tell my family about my situation but they didn't believe me because they can't smell me. So you should try to make a friend with the people in this forum that you can talk to regularly. It would also be best if you befriended a person that can actually smell you(which I know is very difficult). So then they can tell you if you smell on a particular day. I don't know if you can't smell your odor like I can't. But if you can't then I think that would be the best option. I have also heard that exercising is a good stress reliever so you should try that. Not only for the benefits for relieving stress, but I've noticed I smell less when I have a good sweaty work out. So to summarize try to have a emotional support group that you can vent to, and also try to exercise. If you don't have anybody to talk to,you can talk to me
