I am on the candida diet because of unexplainable sinus infectons (2 per month!), yeast infection, stomach issues, fungal skin rashes and folliculitis on the buttocks (all of it for 12 months. I was on daily Antibiotics the first 7 months because of the sinus probles)
before I started the diet I was able to keep the skin issues bearable (by applying ACV, coconut oil..)
2 weeks into the diet with a lot of natural antifungals + supplements daily (psyllium fibers, ACV, coconut oil, GrapeSE, vitC), I got another sinus infection, woke up with SEVERE ear pain, had to take oxynorm to sleep - my skin issues are worse and I got a cold sore. The only thing I feel like is getting better is my stomach. But overall I feel SICK.
Of course I read all the websites on the internet about die-off, but I just want second opinions. I feel like it's so tough, when you have NOONE around you to talk to about it, because you're the only one experiencing it .
Are those really die off symptoms? All the stuff you want to go away, getting worse?? When will it turn around?
This is the point they're talking about, right? The point where you HAVE to stay strong and keep dieting
