I started a fast a couple weeks ago. Before I started, I took some psyllium based on some advice I'd seen somewhere. I knew to take extra water because of the psyllium, but I can't remember how much I took.
A few days ago I started getting so dehydrated that I would start to choke. It doesn't seem to matter how much I drink, I'm still having a problem. I'll drink a few cups of water and maybe feel a little better (no choking at least), but then a few hours later it's back. It's almost like I'm waterlogged and dehydrated at the same time sometimes.
I blame the psyllium, and would like to get it out of my system ASAP with as little disruption to my fast as possible. Does anyone have any ideas?
