you can call and order them. they are working for me. expensive but worth it. google dr. karjoo mogellons and site will show up. i live in sd and drove their twice. he always makes time even when im running late. his stuff works but be prepared for alot of work. you have to take 3 showers a day w the soap, creme and spray. the box is a weeks supply and you will need anywhere from 4 weeks to 16 weeks depending on how diligant you are w/ it. stay positive and reach out if you need help or a friend.
