If you don't start noticing changes after 2-3 days of not eating wheat (I mean nothing, not even the bread crumbs on chicken fingers) then you might be allergic to something else. When you're allergic to something, your body fights against it and tries to get rid of it. I stopped eating bread, pasta, wheat based snacks (chips, donuts, cookies) and drinking beer and am so relieved that my armpit smell has gone away (for the most part-some remaining smell is just your natural smell). I haven't done this but you can get tested for food allergies , so go get tested for wheat, dairy, and whatever else they have in the menu. abstaining will come naturally because you'll feel so much better.
