Hello! I have started a pretty cool fasting schedule. I water fasted for 3 days starting on Thanksgiving evening. I broke the fast briefly today (Sunday night) with a small meal, and will begin a cycle of Water Fasting Mondays-Fridays with light meals on Sundays until I reach my goal weight.
At the start, I weighed 256lbs. Today I weighed 248. I plan on losing 100 pounds or more. I am 36, married mother of 2 young boys. I have a couple of health concerns that is the cause of my desire to lose weight. I have type 2 diabetes, and want to live to see my grandkids and maybe great grand-kids.
