I don't have any angst over the matter.

This condition probably does exist.

But in the context of curezone where people are actively treating themselves and have some research under their belt, are more informed than the general public, it is not really constructive to bring it up in a

parasite CLEANSING SUPPORT FORUM

That is much like bringing up the notion that women asked for it in a rape support forum.

Go to a psychiatry journal forum and post all you want about it there.

And who is to say that people suffering from so called delusional parasitosis don't actually have parasites.

When morgellons first arrived everyone thought these people were crazy, including the alternative medical community.

It is much better to err on the side of giving people the benefit of the doubt than to bring up the idea that they are delusional.
