The almonds, butter, and cow milk wouldn't be on the Plan until their add-back times. Dairy can be added back at Week 15 in place of sugar. Those 3 don't work well with the Plan until they can be added back. Milk kefirs are usually high in histamine.
The herbs are fine. Smoked fish and pickled herring wouldn't be advised until Week 9. Canned fish is probably okay. Is your dairy raw?
