Specifically for anti-candida - Olive oil is a good idea

You could eat coconut oil too... bear in mind if your sticking to anti-candida you don't want to go beyond olive or coconuts.

When was on it I would buy two bags of organic desicated coconut (about 1kg) and add it to rice/quinoa etc.. with cinimon and a crapload of seeds (and nuts (pumpkin, cashew, sunflower.. avoid peanut).

Didn't eat fruits or lentils or legumes initially, but introduced it after a few months. Avoided fruits and dried fruits. I think you can have lemons from memory

Being able to eat organic chicken was the biggie.

After a while on anti-candida, cashew nuts and cinnimon start to taste very sweet! You get the same kick out of those as having actual Sugar & fruit.
