I ordered the dead Sea Salt online that bull dancer recommended. I have done this routine for 7 days. I mostly just wash my face with the Sea Salt at night before I go to bed, and do nothing in the morning. I have been dealing with SD for about a year now after all my Acne cleared up. I received anti fungal and anti inflammatory from my dermatologist and it does not really work.I have to say that the Sea Salt is working. I have SD on most of my face ( on the cheeks, around nose, and chin). I have one really bad spot on my chin. This has helped on pretty much all over my face except for the bad spot on my chin. I have seen results from doing this and i am getting happier. This morning i did the dead sea salt and 20 min later my face was extremely dry and looked as it was cracking. This is typical with any face wash i put on my face. So i used the Aveno Eczema treatment and this helped with moisturizing. This seems like a good one to use if you become dry. The dead sea salt does help and makes your face feel good for the most part. I am still waiting on the bad spot to clear up but im not sure if it will or how long it will take. I do not see much improvement on the bad spot. But i am staying optimistic. I live in Ohio and it is winter and with the cold dry climate it makes your face much worse. If you have SD i recommend a warm more humid climate. The cold climate really dries out your face and makes the SD look more red. I am going to keep up with this routine and keep people updated on my status. If you have nay questions dont be afraid to ask.
