I appreciate hearing your experience. At day 16 today, I'm planning to stop at 21 days... I'm feeling more and more ready to enter the world of New Eating Habits!
I'm seriously considering going raw / vegetarian - though I'm a bit dismayed to hear that there is such a thing as "vegetarian junk food"! :)
I've been researching the internet for information on raw / vegetarianism... info, recipes and such. One good site I've found is www.living-foods.com. If you know of any others, or any simple books, and care to share that info, it would be welcomed.
