I ate a ton of grains - quinoa, buckwheat, millet

Chicken is a good source, although watch the factory type jammed full of Antibiotics . Add lots of Coconut (desicated), nuts, avacado's and a ton of seeds.

When I went on Anti-candida initially I dropped about 10kg from being slim to start and went into Ketosis accidently... But then introducing a wider range my normalised.
