I'm so very sorry for your pain (to put it lightly) but if it means anything, it wasn't too long ago I was feeling pretty dark myself. Today I am not completely symptom free...but pretty darn close, with added energy that I haven't experienced years.

I had almost the same beginning...tickling rectum and painful legs. I ignored the tickling and did some cleanses ( parasite herbs and coconut oil) without investigating, so I'm not sure what the tickling part was...I think it had something to do with the constipation that gradually took over when I look back now.
This was the start and then I guess you could say I went into
"Auto Immune" H--- I tried all the protocol's to no avail.

In my opinion it seems to me that what worked for so many decades ago ( parasite medicine/treatment wise) is really falling
short in the hyper infection category.

I wonder if this Rope Worm: AKA Human Rope Parasites, Mucus Strands, MALT (Mucus Associated Lymph Tissue)Candida strings, and a backed up lymphatic system---- that can fill our digestive track (100% of the of those tested who attended Adreas Kalcker "Forbidden Health" conference tested positive--link below) are even able to absorb any parasite meds without taking long term mixed protocols for months.

The Dr.'s, Naturopaths treated me like a m*o*o*n, my family started to question my sanity...Yada yada...

At this time, I suggest, following Kalckers protocol because I have done every protocol so far and although I am 80% symptom free...These guys have been studying this problem, healing people, healing autism etc...for MUCH longer. I took the long way and I'm not so sure many would go as far as I (trial and error etc..)...And I realize now they have a much more updated, invasive approach that seems to be gaining more ground. In fact,
I just communicated with a couple Rope sufferers who are incredibly pleased (to say the least) with the healing results.
