I just tried raising my ph too by drinking water that you can by at a health food store or a GNC. It has a ph of 9+ and has helped clear my skin tremendously. If you can't get your dental work replaced right away, in the mean time this is an excellent option. I drink 3 big bottles (33.8 fluid oz per bottle) per day. I hope this helps too.
