"A one-time dose of fluconazole is 90% effective in treating a vaginal yeast infection.[28]." It references a ten year old study not even done in humans that just pulled the number from thin air. It's a joke. Here is a study in humans in 2013

Note the cure rate for Fluconazole alone 52.9%. And this is for acute infections, so many would have got better with no treatment.
For candida glabrata, the cure rate was 16.7%, again for acute infections.
