From your extended list of supplements (maybe overload) all I can recommend is to up the iodine. With that much selenium vs Iodine it may worsen hypo T / coldness.
It took me a year on Iodine to reach the wanted body temp. Hands should be warm when touched, so it is a good indication IMO. Taking the temp daily is of course even better, ala Barnes test.
About gold leafs, an option but this is advanced stage, I would up the Iodine levels first.
