if you're strong enough to make it past the first few days the rest shouldn't be as tough. I'd recommend doing a juice fast if you don't have the mental discipline for an extended Water Fast or if you find the symptoms unbearable.
you can't break a fast eating what ever you want, from what I've read people have actually died from eating steak and potatoes after an extended fast. you cant eat heavy meals you have to break a fast with small amounts of fruit and veggies.
