hey! i've found that drinking the salt water at a higher temp, like a cup of tea, does the trick for me. dreamwise - i've been having trouble sleeping but once i get to it, watch out! everything is vivid and all sorts of people from my past are involved. super strange stuff. good luck, yo. chloe Tweet
