So i have been doing the no breakfast distilled water fast each day until noon. it really is amazing after a few days, you realize you dont need that morning meal, just to drain your adrenals and energy
i was drinking lots of juice in the morning and would get really bad sugar/energy swings
i read in some book that too much sweet fruit in the morning is draining on the adrenals since they should be providing you with plenty of energy as you awake
it seems to be true, i can handle lots of sweet fruit later in the day with no sugar/energy swings
if i have a physically active morning i might break the fast mid-morning or so...but my office job doesnt require much of that, so there is really no need to eat before noon
