Hair Minerals/Candida Test Results!! advice

Hi everyone,

Just need help understanding my results.

1. My biggest concern is pre mature white hairs. I got my first white hair i believe when candida started at age 19. I am now 25 and have about 6. The odd part is they are all on my upper right mid frontal scalp. I don't know if the chronic dry scalp/ dandruff started it, a deficiency, or if its a candida symptom. it is not genetic because i asked my parents they got white hairs much later. coincidentally I am the only sibling in the family with a candida infection.who has white hairs. it cant be a coincidence.

2.it looks like my selenium and copper are a bit low. is that correct?

3. I cannot understand the heavy metal section. I think i have metal toxicity, because anytime i eat onions or garlic i get this nasty strong taste that stays on my tongue. my sister said my breath smelled like a metal. i have to brush my teeth if i eat anything with onion or garlic. What does this odd symptom mean?
