See i give you Very straight and affective way,
1. complete 45 Days WaterFast( dont exceed 40-45days, electrolyte ratio may get dis balanced )
2. break your WaterFast with 10Days Juice fast
3. Now next 5 days you eat fruits and raw vegetables only with juice.

4. Now this is a healing period, very crucial. give your self 40-50 Days and do jogging/running, Gym . lift weight+++ protein .
Coz till now you would have lost 40-50 pounds and result is loose skin. you wont like it. so do gym and running + protein to tone it ..I hope you seriously follow this.

5. Now again 30-40 Days WaterFast
6. break your WaterFast with 10-12 Days juice Fast.
7. Give Another 5-6 Days of Fruits and Vegetables only+juice to tummy. .

8. .Healing period 2 ,, Do vigorous Weight lifting and Running to tone ur self. Very Restricted Diet. this period is of 60-90 days..

9. now you can b litle easy on ur self. Follow good diet. + running + Gym and Carry on with your new life. .
