Definitely move your bed back. I'm super-sensitive to maligned furniture too! More than that, though, (and you are going to hate me for saying this!) you need to put your phone away. Treat your room like a dedicated space, and use it only for sleep. No phone, no TV, no computer. Try meditating at bedtime, and don't drink anything with caffeine after dinner. Have a cup of warm milk or an herbal tea. Try getting a white noise machine...or for a free option, use that phone to get a free white machine noise app. Try a natural supplement -- I don't think I'd do melatonin at your age, though. You could try a fruit-based supplement like the one at http://www.naturalsleepformula.net.
