No idea what 65kg means............the worse thing that has ever happened to math was the metric system.....when compared to normal math, the metric system can't make sense and "complicates" math.............and kids math today in common plublic schools is a nightmare......they are forced to learn math by third grade that they will never ever use in their entire lifetime and it gets worse with every grade.
The key word is "thin", that word anyone can understand...
those that re too thin are restricted to 3 days of BOOK I orange juice fasting, unless they are under the care of the doctor, such as the book 1 clinic style offered.....
It all depends on how thin you are?
the too thin book written by Book 1 authors medical buddy in another country suggest it all has to do with improper sleep and i put those type of books inside the 2 old school folders for those into more reading.
Otherwise basically you stop eating bad stuff and opt for better foods and you must "eat".
If your muscles can't rest as you sleep, those same muscles will wear the weight right off your body.
You need to assimulate what you do eat, that is the true key......and the reason people have kept herbs popular, especially the LBB capsules.
I suggest reading the 2011 newsletter and book 1 and allot of corrective diet and habits.
