New tinnitus, confusing and distressing.

Hi,
I am 33 yr old female, non smoker, non drinker. 2 cups of tea per day and some chocolate daily (dark). Healthy eater generally, but no special diets (I eat most things as long as they are home cooked). Have yoghurt most mornings for breakfast.

I have developed mild tinnitus within the last month. I think (not sure) it is my right ear. Sound appear to fluctuate, sometimes mosquito like, sometimes distant car alarm.
I noticed it is better at night. I also get blood pounding in my right ear sometimes.
My blood pressure was checked last week and is within normal.

Health history:
Allergies which cause my sinuses to flare up almost daily: dust, hayfever etc. Blocked nose most mornings.
Thrush (vaginal) approx twice this year. (ACV on a tampon took care of that!)
Nasal spray addiction for 4 years at night. Been off them for 2 weeks now.
Commenced 5 tibetans (yoga exercises) approx 3 weeks before onset of tinnitus.

Have commenced oil pulling after onset of tinnitus, so about 1 month now.
Noticed sometimes a hollow, echoey sound in ears. Last couple days my eyes have been very weepy and sore.

Doctor said to go back if it continues. I will get checked out, but of course I would rather sort myself out, hence oil pulling.
Thinking it might be linked to my eustachian tubes seeing as I have had long term sinus / allergy issues and nasal spray abuse?

Any advice VERY gratefully received.
With best wishes.
